  • If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To qualify for a valid return, your product must fulfill the following criteria:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
  • A valid order confirmation or receipt is mandatory to process any returns.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong color or size, or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Return shipping charges in this scenario are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

To ensure a fair shopping experience, we do not implement any hidden charges.

  • Step 2 — Receive Instructions: Our dedicated support team will evaluate your request and reply within our standard support reply time of 24 hours.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your returned package arrives and is inspected at our location, we will send an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, via PayPal or Venmo.
  • Processing Time: We ensure a refund process time of 7 business days following the approval.
  • Currency: All transactions and refunds are conducted using the US Dollar ($).

7. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges. The most efficient way to get a new item is to return the original and place a fresh order after the return is accepted.
  • Cancellations: If you change your mind shortly after purchasing, we offer a cancellation window of 24 hours.
